An educated Halo guess would see the epic battles fought on Reach comprising of every type of human and covenant  available. We saw in the Halo adverts and promo's of Reach being the final frontier of the Spartans. We know that after Reach, Earth was the final target for the Alien invaders. With only one Spartan in the entire fleet. We can take a guess that you may play as an early, newly recruited John 117 perhaps switching roles as we did in Halo: ODST. This would set up nicely for including Captain Keys, picking up the last Spartan from Reach as they retreated the planet, perhaps by some super weapon yet to be revealed by the covenant. Just by Epic Games confirming a third installment of the ever so popular Gears of War series we can automatically assume the Locusts have survived, or another antagonist will arise, otherwise Gears of War 3 would be a pretty boring game. Whether the flood of the underground Locust's home destroyed them all is a mystery to everyone, but we can only assume that more than a couple survived, some must have been able to surface before drowning.

The storyline could very possibly be trying to defeat the remaining Locusts and stop them from reproducing, its anyones guess. Another guess is the Locusts could evolve into something completely different caused by the Imulsion. Alternatively, Epic Games could drop the story of the Locusts completely and create a new antagonist.

So far, The only certain thing for Gears of War 3 is that Adam Fenix will play a big role in it, check out yesterdays post to learn more about him.

Now we all remember the dog from Fable 2. It was a good pet and maybe a little over exaggerated on the coming months before Fable 2's release by Peter Molynuex but nevertheless a good feature. Now we wonder if or what else, will perhaps accompany your hero through the 3rd instalment.
